The firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to join a growing practice handling a diverse portfolio of construction matters, real property litigation, business disputes, and general civil cases. This role is ideal for an attorney who is both self-sufficient in managing litigation files and a team player who contributes to a collaborative culture.  Must demonstrate excellent people skills, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational abilities.  This job is perfect for the associate who is tired of a commute!

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Tennessee bar license and JD degree
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and maintain a collegial presence with colleagues and clients
